Our tree reports will satisfy your mortgage lender and also include recommended arboricultural management for the long-term health of the trees at your new home. If you are in the process of purchasing a property, you may have been asked by your mortgage lender for a tree report, these may also be called an 'arboricultural report' or 'pre-purchase tree report'.
We are based on the Dorset-Wiltshire border but carry out tree surveys across the South of England.
We understand that purchasing property can be stressful and so we endeavour to make our contribution as easy for you as possible.
To provide you with a quote we will require your name, contact details and the address of the property. We are always happy to contact the current occupier or estate agent to arrange access so you don't have to.
