Why do I need a tree planting specifiction & tree planting plan?
There could be a number of reasons you need a tree planting plan or specification but they are likely to be one of the two following reasons;
1. You may have been asked by your local authority to provide plans for tree planting/replacements of a site that you wish to develop.
2. You may have a parcel of land that you wish to improve with trees or perhaps screen a neighbouring site.

What happends if the trees are likely to cause subsidence to the house?
If we find that there is a potential risk of building related subsidence from adjacent trees then it is our responsibility to highlight this in our report. Worry not, this can be resolved by either pruning or the removal of the problem tree/s.
